This month we celebrate National Home Care month! Home Health by Hale Makua pioneered in-home health services on Maui back in 1968, offering a valuable solution for home-bound patients that require skilled assistance with their medical conditions. Home Health RNs, medical social workers, aides, aides-in-training, and rehab therapists see patients in the comfort of their home to care for their needs. The administrator, managers, clinical educator, and office staff also play a part to ensure the agency operates efficiently. Home Health is vital to Hale Makua’s future, and we thank Julie for all the great work she has done for the agency over the years and we appreciate the entire Home Health team for their outstanding service to the community.
