Congratulations Eden Graduates

Last week another 20 Hale Makua Care Partners underwent the 3-day training to become Certified Eden Associates, led by our Eden Alternative Educator and Kahului Administrator, Connie Miller. Care Partners worked together in groups attaining knowledge about the philosophy behind the Eden Alternative, what it means to our Hale Makua community and what it takes to be a part of our continuous effort in this exciting culture change for our residents and clients. Our goal is to have 100% of our Care Partners become Eden Certified Associates and right now we are at just over 50%. Congratulations to our graduates!
